Dreadway formed in Copenhagen in 2022 through chance encounters and a shared passion for heavy, riff-driven music, quickly establishing the band's lineup featuring Shane Goodwin and Alexander Haug on guitars, Christian Reimer on drums, Alexander Codda on bass, and vocalist Morten Lauritzen. Their sound merges raw, overdriven tones with crushing, distortion-laden riffs, delivering a dynamic mix of headbanging intensity and atmospheric depth.

Drawing inspiration from classic and modern metal influences, Dreadway has quickly distinguished themselves with their high-energy performances and authentic sound. In a short time, Dreadway has already made a mark by securing 3rd place in the national finals of the renowned Emergenza music competition, captivating audiences with their electrifying stage presence.

Their lyrics explore relatable themes of societal pressures and personal struggles, resonating deeply with listeners. With a demo currently available on Spotify and Apple Music, the band is hard at work on new material, aiming to expand their musical footprint and connect with fans through powerful live shows.
